Sharpening Your Manhood is more than a workbook—it is a labor of love.

Created by Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Dr. Cortnie S. Baity, LMFT, this resource was developed as a free gift to Black men everywhere. Inspired by years of clinical experience, observations from working with men in therapy, personal reflection, faith, and a desire to see Black men thrive, this workbook was designed to encourage growth, self-awareness, healing, brotherhood, and self-respect.
